Your missions
- Welcoming and guiding attendees and participants
- Managing rooms (setup, stage changes, audience entry/exit)
- Supporting artists and speakers (dressing rooms, simple practical needs)
- Assisting with stands, ticketing, information, and program distribution
- Possible light technical assistance (microphones, timing, instrument flow)
